If you want to order from us, we can ship your items to any destination that the Royal Mail covers worldwide. However, some countries may charge extra taxes for imported goods. You are responsible for paying these taxes, so please check with your local customs office before you order. We will give you an estimate of the shipping and delivery time when you place your order, depending on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Returns Policy

You have the right to return any item that you are not satisfied with or that is faulty within 14 days of delivery and get a full refund, including the shipping cost. However, you have to pay for the return shipping cost yourself. You also have to make sure that the item is in its original packaging and in a condition that can be sold as new to another customer. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost for you.

You should receive your refund within 10 days of sending your item back to us, but it may be faster in some cases. This time period includes the time it takes for the item to reach us, the time it takes for us to process your return, and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request.

International Returns – Please write “Item not wanted, Return back to UK” on the return parcel. Otherwise, we may have to pay tax at the UK port of entry.
